Underrated Tour powered by Rakuten
- Tokyo
D.A. International acted as the event development coordinator of the Stephen Curry Underrated Tour Tokyo powered by Rakuten in Tokyo. We identified and negotiated potential locations, built relationships with local vendors, and provided local staff for the event. With the pieces in place, we supported and monitored the event, while working with our partners to ensure the experience surpassed expectations for all the stakeholders.
Le Tour de France Saitama Criterium
The Le Tour De France Saitama Criterium brings the top cyclists from the Tour de France to Saitama Japan to compete in an action-packed weekend of sprints and trials and fun. D.A. International has worked with the marketing team since 2016 to provide language support ensuring the event projects the correct and that the message resonates with fans, sponsors and media.
Taking the time to understand the nuances of the sport and cultures involved allows D.A. International to provide the support that truly considers all stakeholders’ perspectives and to deliver the insight needed to produce meaningful and memorable messages.
Tokyo American Club - Youth Basketball
The Tokyo American Club is a private sport and social club in the heart of Tokyo. Its members expect the very best and D.A. International has been providing the community with a top-notch youth basketball program for more than 10 years. With our extensive experience on the court along with an educational and leadership background, the program delivers more than just basketball skills. Through basketball, the program builds confidence, develops leadership and emphasizes communication and respect while engaging and challenging the participants in a fun and supportive environment.
With more than 70 players coming through the program per week, D.A. International manages coaches, works with the club to develop marketing material and maintains open communication with families and all stakeholders to ensure the program meets everyone’s needs.
Spoglish - English Gym
D.A. International has worked with Spoglish Gym, a sports English program for Japan’s youth, for more than three years. From direct interaction and coaching to curriculum planning and coach training, we have supported Spoglish on many levels. It is an exciting and high energy partnership that connects us with families and communities as well as with children.
