DAN WEISS
FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
With a B.A. in Economics from Santa Clara University (California, USA) and an MBA in International Corporate Strategy from Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo, Japan) Dan brings over 30 years of business and life experience to the table. He is a businessman, father, and former professional basketball player and incorporates all the lessons learned from these experiences to develop his approach to solving problems. He has worked on joint ventures with a multitude of firms ranging from a top Japanese trading company to the NBA Japan, as well as Converse Japan, FIBA (International Basketball Federation), SC30 Underrated Tour, and Polar. Today, besides heading D.A. International, he sits on the board of directors at a top international school in Japan, is the youth basketball coordinator for an exclusive sports and social club and helps run a youth sports English program teaching language through active learning.
